It is optional if users have to specify the VAT amounts in the expenses. You can manage the VAT rates that are relevant to your organization. By default, all German VAT rates are available. The mobile app displays the two most common VAT rates as "shortcuts" when entering a total amount. After entering the total amount, the user simply clicks on the VAT percentage that automatically calculates the VAT amount. In this way, it is made easy for the user to quickly enter an expense.
